Also, remember that your feet should not be directed towards this corner while sleeping or lying on the bed.

  • Idols should not face in the south.
  • Avoid chiseling off the wall to arrange the place for keeping idols.

  • Idols should not directly place in front of the main door of the Pooja Room.
  • Do not place idols in your Pooja Room, which are brought from old temples.
  • Do not put any scenes/photos of crime, battles or of any negative emotions are in the Pooja Room. Actually, you should avoid them in your entire house.
  • Do not keep photos of birds and animals in the Pooja Room.

  • Avoid sleeping in the Pooja Room (except if the Pooja Room is in the bedroom).
